2026 WEDDING BOOKING FEE

Regular price Sale price $150.00 AUD

Taxes included.

I am now officially opening my 2026 wedding bookings with a $150 booking fee to secure your place 🤍

The best part?

You don’t need to know what pieces you want yet.

All you need to do is:

• Select your wedding month

• Pay the $150 booking fee

• Your preservation spot is reserved 🌸

This helps me prepare ahead of time, ensure I have enough materials ready, and carefully plan for your flowers arriving into the studio after your big day.

Closer to your wedding (or just after), you can then choose exactly what you’d like created from your flowers — frames, trays, ring holders, hearts, and more.

And the $150 is NOT extra. It comes off your final order total.

For example:

If your preservation package is $500, your remaining balance would be $350 🤍

If you’re getting married in 2026, I highly recommend securing your spot early 🌸

Once months are full, they are full.

Book now, decide later — and your flowers will still be beautifully preserved forever.

  • 1) How long does floral preservation take?

Our standard turnaround time is 9-12 months from the time your flowers are received. This can vary due to seasonal workload and curing conditions.

  • 2) Do my flowers stay the same colour?

Not always. All flowers dry differently and natural colour changes can happen (whites may cream/yellow, reds may deepen, pinks may soften). These changes are normal and part of the preservation process.

  • 3) What if my flowers arrive damaged or mouldy?

We’ll always do our best with what we receive, however we can’t guarantee results if flowers arrive damaged, old, or mouldy.

For best results, please follow our flower drop-off/postage instructions carefully.

  • 4) Can I choose the design/layout?

All pieces are created using our artistic discretion to ensure the best possible result.

  • 5) Do you offer shipping?

Yes — we ship Australia-wide (and international on select items).

Shipping is calculated at checkout, but final shipping may change once your piece is completed due to weight and size.

  • 6) What happens when my piece is finished?

You’ll receive a completion message/email. Full payment is required before collection or dispatch. Items must be collected or shipped within the timeframe outlined in our Payment & Collection Policy.

  • 7) Can I pay a deposit instead of paying in full?

Yes — we can offer 50% deposit options for some orders.

Please contact us before ordering via Facebook, Instagram, Live Chat, or email to arrange this.

  • 8) What’s the difference between Standard and High Gloss?

Standard (free): beautifully finished but may include subtle handmade textures or matte edging.

High Gloss (extra + recommended): a crystal-clear glossy topcoat for a smoother, more luxe “glass-like” finish that makes your flowers pop.

  • 9) Can you preserve funeral flowers and ashes together?

Yes. We offer memorial preservation and can incorporate ashes into selected pieces. Please contact us before ordering so we can guide you to the best option.

  • 10) Can I add extra items like ribbons, charms, or a note?

Yes — we can often include small keepsakes like ribbon, name tags, or charms (where suitable).

Please note: placement is at artistic discretion to ensure the piece looks balanced and beautiful.

  • 11) Do you offer express turnaround?

At this stage, we don’t offer express preservation due to the drying and resin curing process.

Our turnaround time reflects the care and time required to create a high-quality, lasting piece.

  • 12) What if my parcel is lost or damaged in shipping?

Once your item is handed to the courier, delivery is outside our control. We will assist with tracking details where possible, but any delivery issues must be handled directly with the courier.
