1. Service Overview
mini murray and me offers bespoke, handmade creations including (but not limited to):

Resin ocean chopping boards

Ocean artworks
-
Memorial art (including the incorporation of ashes)

Alcohol ink artworks
-
Floral preservation for weddings, funerals, and significant life events
All items are handcrafted with care and artistic discretion. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and custom made.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with mini murray and me - online, at markets, expos, or pop-up shops, you agree to these Terms of Service and all associated policies.
3. Orders & Payments

Orders may be placed online or in person.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
-
The remaining balance is due BEFORE completion.
-
Items will not be released, shipped, or collected until full payment is received.
4. Change of Mind & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our work, no cancellations, refunds, or changes of mind are accepted once a deposit is paid. This includes:

Changes in preference
-
Withdrawal from the process
-
Failure to pay the balance or collect the item
Once a deposit is received, planning, preparation, and calendar allocation commence.

5. Flower Submission

Clients must supply fresh, well-maintained flowers.

Timely delivery is the client’s responsibility.

Mouldy or deteriorated flowers will be used as provided.

All submitted flowers become the property of mini murray and me.
-
Excess or leftover materials are not returned and may be used for promotional purposes.
6. Flower Drying Disclaimer
-
Flowers dry differently based on age, care, handling, and environmental factors.
-
Colour changes are normal (e.g. reds darken, whites yellow, pinks shift).
-
Natural changes may be enhanced once set in resin.
Sentimental value is the focus of our work, not cosmetic perfection.
7. Resin Disclaimer
-
All resin will naturally yellow over time, particularly with sun exposure.
-
We use premium resin with anti-yellowing agents; however, aging cannot be eliminated entirely.
8. Artistic Discretion
-
All designs and placements are interpreted artistically at our discretion.

Design consultations are not included unless pre-arranged.
-
Client involvement in design decisions may incur additional hourly fees.
9. Turnaround Time
-
Standard turnaround: 9–12 months from flower submission.
-
Timeframes may vary due to weather conditions, curing requirements, and seasonal workload.
-
NSW School Holidays are observed, and production pauses during these periods.

mini murray and me operates as a family-first business.
10. Quality Assurance
-
Handmade items may contain minor imperfections (e.g. bubbles, texture, slight unevenness).
-
Only issues affecting structural integrity or function will be rectified.

All artistic decisions are final.
11. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required prior to collection or shipment.
12. Non-Collection & Abandonment
-
Items must be collected or paid in full within 30 days of completion notification.
-
Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the deposit.

Items may be disposed of, repurposed, or used for promotional purposes without further notice.
13. Shipping & Handling
-
Clients are responsible for shipping costs to and from our studio.
-
Packaging and transport instructions are provided.
-
Damage during transit is not the responsibility of mini murray and me.
14. Customer Satisfaction
-
Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your item.
-
All sales are final unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
15. Intellectual Property & Promotion
-
All creations remain the intellectual property of mini murray and me.

We may photograph and use images or details of your item for marketing and promotional
