💰 Payment & Collection Policy

mini murray and me

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all custom orders, including but not limited to:

  • Floral preservation (wedding, funeral, memorial)

  • Resin artworks and chopping boards

  • Memorial pieces (including ashes)

  • Alcohol ink and custom artworks

All orders are bespoke and made to order.


2. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and production slot.

  • Deposits confirm acceptance of all mini murray and me policies.

  • Deposits are not transferable and not refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind, delays, or failure to complete payment.


3. Final Payment

  • Final payment is due within 7 days of completion notification.

  • Completion is defined as the item being fully finished, cured, photographed (where applicable), and ready for collection or dispatch.

  • No item will be released, shipped, or made available for collection until full payment (including any shipping fees) is received.


4. Failure to Complete Payment

If final payment is not received within 7 days:

  • Your order will be considered overdue.

  • Storage fees may apply (see Section 6).

  • mini murray and me reserves the right to suspend release of the item until payment is received in full.

Failure to complete payment does not entitle the client to a refund or cancellation.


5. Collection & Dispatch

  • Clients must arrange collection or shipping within 21 days of completion notification.

  • Shipping is arranged only after full payment has been received.

  • Items not collected or shipped within this timeframe will be deemed uncollected.


6. Storage Fees

  • Orders not collected or dispatched within 30 days of completion will incur a storage fee of $10 per week.

  • Storage fees must be paid in full prior to release of the item.

  • Storage fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.


7. Abandoned Orders

  • Orders remaining unpaid or uncollected 90 days after completion will be deemed abandoned.

  • In such cases:

    • The deposit and any payments made are forfeited.

    • mini murray and me may dispose of, repurpose, destroy, or use the item for promotional purposes at its discretion.

    • No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided.

mini murray and me accepts no liability for abandoned items.


8. Client Communication Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring contact details (email, phone number, address) remain current.

  • Failure to receive notifications due to outdated or incorrect contact details does not exempt the client from payment or collection obligations.


9. Refusal of Release

mini murray and me reserves the right to withhold release of any item until:

  • Full payment is received

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are paid

  • Storage fees (if applicable) are cleared

No exceptions will be made.


10. Relationship to Other Policies

This policy operates in conjunction with, and must be read alongside:

  • Terms of Service

  • Shipping Policy

  • Refund & Change of Mind Policy

In the event of inconsistency, mini murray and me reserves the right to rely on the policy that provides the greatest protection to the business, to the extent permitted by law.


11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.
However, custom-made goods are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.
