Change of Mind Policy

Mini Murray and Me enforces a strict no cancellation, no refund, and no exchange policy for change of mind.

By placing an order and paying the required deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Finality of Sale

Once a deposit has been paid and your order confirmed, the sale is deemed final.

No refunds, cancellations, or changes to the order will be accepted for change of mind.

Custom Nature of Work

Each item is made to order and some products may include personal items such as flowers, ashes, or keepsakes.

These items cannot be reused, resold, or returned once work has begun.

Commencement of Work

Work is considered commenced once any of the following occur:

  • Receipt of deposit
  • Your flowers or materials are booked into our preservation queue
  • Materials are ordered or allocated
  • The design or creation process has started

Once your deposit has been received the planning of your piece is underway and a timeslot is allocated in our production calendar.

Cancellation or postponement at this stage is not permitted.

Design Changes

Design adjustments requested after work has started may not be accommodated.

If accepted, extra charges and turnaround extensions may apply.

Failure to Complete Payment or Collection

Failure to make full payment or collect the item within the timeframe outlined in the Payment & Collection Terms may result in the order being deemed abandoned.

Your deposit will be forfeited, and the item may be disposed of or repurposed at our discretion.

Legal Rights

This policy does not override your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will be granted only if the item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
