Change of Mind, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Mini Murray and Me operates a strict no cancellation, no refund, and no exchange policy for change of mind.

By placing an order and paying the required deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Finality of Sale

Once a deposit has been paid and an order confirmed, the sale is final.

  • No refunds, cancellations, or order changes will be accepted for change of mind.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

2. Custom Nature of Work

All items are made to order and may include personal, sentimental, or irreplaceable materials, including but not limited to flowers, ashes, or keepsakes.

Once work has commenced:

  • Items cannot be reused, resold, or returned

  • Materials cannot be replaced or repurposed for another client

3. Commencement of Work

Work is considered to have commenced once any of the following occur:

  • Receipt of the deposit

  • Flowers or materials are booked into our preservation queue

  • Materials are ordered or allocated

  • Design planning or creation begins

Once the deposit is received:

  • Production planning begins

  • A timeslot is allocated in our production calendar

Cancellation or postponement is not permitted after this point.

4. Design Changes

  • Design changes requested after work has commenced are not guaranteed.

  • If accepted, additional fees and extended turnaround times may apply.

  • All final design decisions remain at the discretion of mini murray and me.

5. Failure to Complete Payment or Collection

Failure to make full payment or collect the finished item within the timeframes outlined in the Payment & Collection Policy may result in the order being deemed abandoned.

In such cases:

  • The deposit is forfeited

  • The item may be disposed of, repurposed, or used for promotional purposes

  • No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds will be issued only where an item is deemed:

  • Faulty

  • Not fit for purpose

  • Not as described 

Custom-made items are not eligible for refunds for change of mind.
