1. Shipping Overview
All completed orders are dispatched via Australia Post or another reputable courier at our discretion.
Due to the nature, size, weight, and fragility of certain items, some products may not be eligible for shipping, and collection arrangements may be required.
Shipping costs are estimated at checkout. These estimates are based on projected size and weight only.
2. Shipping Fee Adjustments
Please note: final shipping fees may change once your item is completed due to the unpredictable weight and dimensions of resin-based artworks.

Any additional shipping fees must be paid by the client prior to dispatch.

Failure to pay outstanding shipping charges may delay dispatch.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been collected by the courier, mini murray and me accepts no responsibility or liability for delivery delays, loss, theft, or damage.
While we will assist with providing tracking details or packaging information if required, all delivery issues must be resolved directly between the client and the courier service.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
From the date of dispatch, estimated Australia Post delivery times are:

Sydney Metro: up to 4 business days

NSW Regional: up to 6 business days

Interstate: up to 7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking information will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.
5. Shipping Methods
We offer Standard and Express shipping options where available.
Shipping availability and pricing are subject to change based on item size, weight, destination, and carrier limitations.
6. Shipping Fees

Clients are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping of completed pieces.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Shipping prices may change at any time without notice.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Clients must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Mini Murray and Me is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Parcels delivered to an address supplied by the client

Delays or losses caused by address errors
8. Address Changes
Any address changes must be provided before dispatch.

Address changes requested after dispatch are the sole responsibility of the client.

Mini Murray and Me will not liaise with couriers on behalf of the client regarding address changes.

Additional fees may apply for address amendments prior to dispatch.
9. Dispatch Timeframe
Completed items will be dispatched within 7 business days of completion and final payment (including shipping fees) being received.
10. International Shipping
International shipping is available on select items.
Clients are solely responsible for:

Import taxes

Clearance fees

Any delays caused by customs authorities
mini murray and me is not liable for international shipping delays or customs-related issues.
11. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment:

Clients must contact the courier within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

mini murray and me may provide packaging or dispatch details if requested.

No replacements, refunds, credits, or partial compensation will be issued by mini murray and me for lost or damaged shipments.
All risk transfers to the client once the item has been handed to the courier.
12. Signature on Delivery
Some items may require signature on delivery.
If no one is available to sign, re-delivery or collection from the courier depot is the client’s responsibility.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mini murray and me excludes liability for loss or damage occurring during transit.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
